Challenge

With over 200 activities running in parallel, it is a challenge for parents and students to pre-plan their visit and to keep track of potential changes to schedules or venues. The University wanted to provide a digital schedule that allows the attendees to personalise their Open Day experience. At the same time they wanted to gain insights about different parts of the event to improve future planning.

Solution

Bizvento enabled a personal, dynamic schedule for the first time at the university’s Open Day which allowed prospective students and their parents to pre-plan their open-day visit. The system was not just a great alternative for printed materials but also a way to rate talks, tours and other Open Day activities thus providing the organisers with insights about the uptake and quality of the event.
