TEDxGlasgow aim is to inspire creativity, empower change and drive innovation to help the city of Glasgow thrive. TEDxGlasgow 2014, held at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, was based around the theme of The Common Wealth. Their main challenges were to connect the audience and have the flexibility to alter the agenda on the day.
Solution
Bizvento mobile app has enabled a personal, dynamic schedule which allowed the attendees to personalise their TEDx experience while organisers were free to make alterations to the schedule as the event progressed. The app’s social features allowed the audience to easily connect with the speakers, sponsors and each other. This has fostered new relationships amongst the attendees and contributed to the event’s success.
